From your description of the event I think that my ignorance might be bliss <grin>

The next time we do the buggy racing we should try it with the spaceships a little closer together, unless losing the direction is part of the fun.

Dam. I wanted to see that one :(

We teamed up to hunt in a RES last night and made a fair bit of money as well as some progress in team work. After that we went down to a planet for some SRV training (buggy racing ;)). That was hilarious.

I have always driven around with drive assist off, but as the others were driving with assist on I thought I should change that so as not to be at a disadvantage. This turned out to be a big mistake. I finished the first race training session last, by a long way and with 34%hull left. I ended up turning assist off again and finished the last race first with 89% hull :) Besides, it’s easier to handbrake turn and do doughnuts with assist off. Essential for training, honest ;) Frank didn’t fare quite as well in that race.

Sealurk managed to end the race on top of Frank’s python. I went to get a screen shot but it was just then that Frank’s buggy blew up. As I took the snap the Python disappeared

At one stage Franks Python would not launch so I tried giving a bit of a nudge with my Viper. An interesting thing happened...

This is what a Python looks like from the inside

Walking about inside our ships is going to be great. I used to turn my head around and stare wistfully at the door leading out of the cockpit, wondering about what lays beyond.

Each time I make a mistake with my buggy I think to myself that I can do better next time. It's why I keep yelling AGAIN! AGAIN! <grin>
